Barney W. ''Bill'' Paull, 86, of Minneapolis died Friday, June 12, 1998.

He is a former longtime resident of Duluth, where he was founder and president of Credit Sales Co.

Survivings are his daughters and son-in-law, Merle Paull Minda and Roland Minda of Minneapolis, and Nancy Paul of Davie, Fla.; a son, David Paull of Washington D.C.; a sister, Doris Lewis of Richland, Wash.; grandchildren Lisa Segal and Arthur Strimling, Daniel and Melissa Segal, Matthew Segal and Elizabeth Fine; and nieces, nephew and loving friends.

Graveside services: were Tuesday in Minneapolis. Memorials to Sholom Home in Minneapolis.

Survived by children Merle Paull Minda & husband Roland, Mpls.; Nancy Paull, FL; and David Paull, St. Paul; grandchildren Cantor Lisa Segal & Arthur Strimling, NYC; Daniel & Melissa Segal, Indianapolis; and Matthew Segal & Elizabeth Fine, Los Angeles; great-grandchildren Jack, Jolie, Leo and Nina Segal; sister- in-law Doris Lewis, nephew Jerry Lewis, nieces Terri Roher and Miriam Lewis and their families. Helen studied painting and literature at UMD, and many homes and organizations in Duluth benefited from her design talents, including her service on the Arts Committee for the DECC.

 

Born in Duluth, Minn., where she lived most of her life, she was preceded in death by husbands B. W. (Bill) Paull and Leonard Rosen, parents Lisa & Roy Abrams, and sister Sara Winer.

 

Survived by children Merle Paull Minda and husband Roland of Mpls.; Nancy Paull of Florida; and David Paull of St. Paul; grandchildren Cantor Lisa Segal and Arthur Strimling of New York City; Daniel and Melissa Segal of Indianapolis; and Matthew Segal and Elizabeth Fine of Los Angeles; great-grandchildren Jack, Jolie, Leo and Nina Segal; sister-in-law Doris Lewis, nephew Jerry Lewis, nieces Terri Roher and Miriam Lewis and their families.
